These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between Careby Solutions Inc. ("Careby," "we," "us," "our") and you ("you," "user," "customer"). By accessing or using getcareby.ca and any related services, products, or content (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Purchase Information购买信息

When you purchase products or services through Careby, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your payment details and account information. All purchases are subject to our acceptance, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.当您通过康伴购买服务或服务时，您同意提供准确、完整和最新的账单信息。您负责保持您的付款详情和账户信息的机密性。所有购买均需经我们接受，我们保留拒绝或取消任何订单的权利。

Subscription Fees订阅费用

Recurring subscription fees are billed in accordance with the billing cycle you select (monthly, annual, etc.). Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel prior to renewal. Consumption & One-Time Fees消费费用和一次性费用

Payment Method付款方式

Careby accepts payment via credit card, debit card, and PayPal. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors. You authorize Careby to charge your payment method for any fees due. Fee Changes费用变更

Careby may change subscription fees or introduce new fees with reasonable prior notice. Such changes will be communicated to you via email or within the Service.
