Doctor visits and specialist appointments are billed to OHIP — not to you. Your membership covers the access, coordination, and Navigator service that OHIP doesn't pay for. The referral can come from a Careby physician or your existing family doctor. No fixed limit per day or per year. Members book Doctor On-Call visits as needed; Specialist Express referrals, imaging coordination, and other coordinator services are unlimited. Doctor On-Call visits require you to be physically in a covered Canadian province at the time of the appointment, so we can't provide medical care while you're traveling abroad. Your Careby coordinator can still help with Canada-based tasks while you're away — following up on results, preparing paperwork, or booking an appointment for when you return.在线问诊要求您就诊时身在加拿大承保省份内,因此在境外旅行期间我们无法提供医疗服务。但您的康伴健康管家仍可协助处理在加拿大的事务——跟进检查结果、准备文件、或为您回国后预约就诊
