Is there a commitment?是否需要长期承诺？

Yes. Careby memberships are an annual opt-in. You pay once for the full year, and your membership renews annually unless cancelled before the renewal date.是的。康伴会员为年度承诺，费用为每年一次性支付；到期前未取消将自动续订一年。

How does OHIP coverage work with the membership?OHIP 与会员如何配合？

Doctor visits and specialist appointments are billed to your provincial health plan — not to you. Your membership covers the access that public insurance doesn't pay for. You need a valid provincial health card to use Online Doctor or Specialist Express.医生就诊与专科预约由省级医保直接支付——非由您承担。会员费用涵盖公共医保不报销的就诊通道。使用在线问诊或专科极速转诊需持有效的省级健康卡。

How do I add family members?如何添加家庭成员？

A Family membership covers you, your spouse, and your children under 19 (under 25 if they're full-time students). Each family member gets their own member ID. Add them from your account dashboard — each member needs a valid provincial health card.家庭会员涵盖您本人、配偶及 19 岁以下子女（全日制学生可至 25 岁）。每位家庭成员都有独立的会员编号。可在账户面板添加，每位成员需持有效的省级健康卡。

What if my family doesn't fit that definition?家庭成员不符合上述定义怎么办？

What counts as a "specialist referral" through Specialist Express?专科极速转诊涵盖哪些"专科转诊"？

Any OHIP-covered specialty — cardiology, dermatology, orthopedics, psychiatry, internal medicine, ENT, gastroenterology, and others. The referral can come from a Careby physician or your existing family doctor. Specialist Express is a Careby Plus feature; we don't expedite cosmetic or non-OHIP services.所有 OHIP 承保的专科——心内科、皮肤科、骨科、精神科、内科、耳鼻喉、消化科等。转诊可由康伴医生开具，或来自您现有的家庭医生。专科极速转诊为 Careby Plus 会员权益；我们不加速非 OHIP 的美容或自费服务。

What if I already have a family doctor?如果我已有家庭医生怎么办？

Keep them. Many members use Careby alongside an existing family doctor — for same-day access when their family doctor isn't available, and, with Careby Plus, for Specialist Express when a referral needs to move faster than the average 30-week wait.无需更换。许多会员将康伴与现有家庭医生搭配使用——家庭医生不在时享受当日就诊；Careby Plus 会员还可使用专科极速转诊，避开平均 30 周的等待。

What's the difference between Individual and Family?个人版与家庭版有何区别？

Individual covers one person — $450/year for Careby Membership, or $650/year for Careby Plus. Family extends the same benefits to your spouse and children under 19 (under 25 if full-time students) — $1,050/year for Membership, $1,450/year for Plus. Each family member gets their own member ID. Is there a limit to the number of appointments?预约次数是否有上限？

No fixed limit per day or per year. Members book Online Doctor visits as needed, and Careby Plus members use Specialist Express referrals as needed. We expect appointments to be medically appropriate — same-day repeat visits for the same issue are at the physician's discretion.每日或每年均无固定上限。会员可按需预约在线问诊，Careby Plus 会员可按需使用专科极速转诊。我们期望预约具有合理的医疗必要性——同一问题在同一天重复就诊由医生酌情安排。

Can I use Careby outside Canada?能在加拿大境外使用康伴吗？

Online Doctor visits require you to be physically in a covered Canadian province at the time of the appointment, so we can't provide medical care while you're traveling abroad. Your membership picks right back up when you return.在线问诊要求您就诊时身在加拿大承保省份内，因此在境外旅行期间我们无法提供医疗服务。您回到加拿大后即可继续使用全部会员权益。

Is my data private?我的数据隐私安全吗？
