Your panel is ordered by Dr. Jerry Leung, Careby's Medical Director, and performed by an accredited Ontario lab partner. Your results are reviewed by Dr. Leung and shared with Careby's coordination team so we can support your follow-up. Your clinical records are held in Dr. Leung's clinic in accordance with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario retention requirements.
